MEMBERS
At the meeting I made some departures official. Faith, Killa and Skittles are no longer in the team. Killa and Skittles are welcome to come back anytime. On the other hand, we welcomed 1 new member recently. Jeoffroy "livin" Noël (xfire:jeoffroy30)
*Since then Collector left again and Nemes!s will be back next week with a brand new pc.

GAMES
COD5 has arrived. Some of us are already playing (masta, imail, silver, demon2kx) and I should get it myself this week, while Collector might get it within 3 weeks. The rest plan on getting it this Christmas holiday. Now, we can definitly start playing COD5 on pubs and on cooperative modes but we will still be scriming at COD4 until January 1st.

LEAGUES & EVENTS
The CAL season has come to an end. For the 2nd time only, the Wolfpack team has went throught a complete season. The first one was back in spring 2006 as the team was being rebuilded with young players and our final record was 2-6 in COD2. This season, if we don't count the match we got stole, our team did very good with 5 wins and 3 loss finishing # 9 out of 26 team in the Atlantic Delta division.

MEETING RESUME
To begin with, I'd like to thank everyone for coming and having a much better attitude than the last meeting. It made the whole thing much easier, but there's still room for improvment. The sad thing about this meeting is that, yes we did talk about a lot of stuff, but I did not receive as much opinions as I was expecting leading us to another situation where only my thoughts were heard, in general. The issue with that is that I hear all of you guys complaining all the time and you guys couldn't wait for this meeting. Nobody took the opportunity to really say what they had in mind. Because of that, it feels like the meeting was useless for the most part and I have to think about a solution for what's going wrong again and again.

But here's where we're at after this meeting.

In COD5 just like in any other games we will be in, we won't play competivily to be the best but for fun; and to have fun we will need to be organized and mature.
- We don't need to recruit for now, we are more than enough.
- There will be only 1 squad in CAL
- Until January, we will be most likely playing on pubs or on cooperative modes.
- Our actual schedule is perfect, all we will need to change is our bad habbit to never strat or to do it just before the match.
- We will need to work together and be mature. (Read New Beginning section for more*)

We will know more easily who's active/inactive in the team with updated statistics in the website.
- A new activity system will be re-explained in the website. It will work with 4 different level.
- It will helps to know who we should count on and who is playing rarely.

- Being active from now on has the following requirements:
- Be there and ready to scrim 2 days a total of 4 hours or so from monday to friday
- Have most of your sundays free for CAL match
Being Active also means you need:
- Headset
- Wired* Internet connection
- Patches and utilities needed
You will not scrim with us if you don't have all that.

The team will need everybody's contribution to have a server. If we don't have that, we won't have nothing and I garanty that.
- Everybody 18 years old and more are suposed to have a job and will need to help by paying their own slot which will be a microscopic total of 12$ a year.

NEW BEGINNING
Following the meeting, all problems didn't fade away obviously. What's sad is that nothing changed at all in our own personnal behavior when we scrim. It needs to change and it takes effect right now. Yes guys, let's call it a new beginning and let's start over like we don't have anything against each other, because we don't. We disagree in how we play, but nobody is angry at nobody. That mean we can work together. Let me explain what I'm expecting to see tonight from the team and from everyone in particular.

What was said in the meeting resume section need to be clear in your mind for the first part. Then, in a match, we got 3 big issues. Communication, responsabilities and behavior.

The communication goes from not talking for nothing to call where people are at, where they killed you and to have only 1 person calling the action.
1. Everybody have to call where they saw somebody at all time. Name the place, then the room or floor or any more precise detail if possible.
2. You call the place where the opponent that killed you was if you know.
3. Depending on who is playing, only 1 person is calling the action. That person is either Me, Mailman, Collector or Enigma in this order and nobody else. That means, the match leader depends on his status in the team if you want. Highest rank lead. Then again, hear me right, only this player call the action, what's going and maybe just maybe tell what to do. 4. The only comment I want to hear is good job or nice try once the round is over in ventrilo. Feel free to say whatever you want in the in-game team chat, but nowhere else.
5. Be quiet at the beginning of each round. The leader might have something to say that he want you to do.

What I call the responsabilities here is what you need to do in order to really help the team.
1. The team comes first. Don't be scared to die.
2. For those who are less skilled at the moment, you need to practice and practice, maybe even in pubs because we often play very good team and it's hard to learn. You need to be able to play with ease and learn the angles of each map.
3. Those same person need to listen to our advices and not be stubborn. 4. Everybody must know where he is supposed to go and not change place everytime. *There is a difference between not changing place and alternating where you stand. 5. Again, your responsability is to communicate with the team the best you can. It is also to have a great attitude all match long no matter what happen.

Our behaviors are definitly our biggest problem after the communication.
1. It doesn't matter how good you are, you need to be mature and patient toward the team and the opponents.
2. We cannot yell when we die. Not even 1 time. There's no place for that at all, you're supposed to call where u died and if you're yelling you don't have time to do so and you are distracting everybody.
3. Do I need to give examples? No it's very clear, isn't it?

Everyone should be able to recognize himself in what I said. Work on your weakness. I'm not expecting that everything become perfect tonight, but I'm sure if you read this and keep it in mind, we will see a big change already. No matter what is not done correctly, communication, job or behavior, don't talk about it. I will personnaly handle it if needed. And tonight it won't be needed, we all begin. Also for now, don't expect anyone to be better in terms of skill, this will come with time. Some people that I have talked to don't have to start calling right away. Their priorities is on something else during the match.

It's clear. Very clear. I will bring you back to these paragraphs everytime you make mistakes. No need to elaborate more on these subjects. Just keep in mind to be patient with everybody and work on your behavior. This is the first step. I will handle all issues myself when the time arrive.
